I had been doing business with another Ford Dealer for many years, have purchased at least 5 new vehicles from them over the past years. Overall I was happy with them until this most recent event, I was many years, have purchased at least 5 new vehicles from them over the past years. Overall I was happy with them until this most recent event, I was looking for a particular vehicle and I even told them that I had found what I was looking for but they failed to act on it, so...I took my own action and purchased the vehicle I was looking for from Trii-COunty Ford, almost an hours drive from where I live, but the drive was definitely worth it. They offered me a reasonable offer for my trade in and agreed to a reasonable amount for the vehicle I wanted. We never get what we really want, but this was an acceptable amount for both us. They were courteous, understanding and accommodating. Yeah, they MAY be out of my reach for service, but that was the primary reason I left the dealership I did, sales was great, service stunk. We will see how this all pans out, but let me tell you, Tri-County Ford knew what they were dealing with, they knew there was a possibility that I may not be able to return for service and yet they treated me as a valued customer. You can't ask for more than that. I would most definitely do business with them again, and if I can make service with them work for me, I will return that gratitude with them. Give them a shot, it's worth it! They will treat you right. More
