The salesgirl promised a $25 discount for installation of a remote start- she lied when I had the service done; said she never said it. In two service appointment's I have experienced: They said I could h a remote start- she lied when I had the service done; said she never said it. In two service appointment's I have experienced: They said I could have a loaner and then when dropping my car off, told me I was too young (under 25). They didn’t show me how to use my new remote, I had to confirm with a random worker in the parking lot. They forgot to pick me up at the designated time so I could get my car, causing me to miss a meeting. They wanted to charge me for my “first free oil change”. They returned my car to me with an inspection sticker and the rubber gasket around my (certified and extra warrantee) windshield wasn't attached. They slapped it back on and told me it’s going to be $330 to replace it, “if it falls off again”. Don’t waste your time or money on “service” OR the extra “bumper to bumper warranty”. I regret everything about doing business with Tri City Subaru. More

However, I've been to the service department on two occasions since my purchase and have felt uncomfortable with the young woman at the d excellent. No loaner vehicles were available so I had to wait for several hours at the dealership while more work was done. This happened once previously where work was done and I had to bring the vehicle back, which is frustrating. More
