The Tri-City Subaru service department goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It is very hard to find good customer service people today so when you do find them you appreciate them ve beyond when it comes to customer service. I called the service department to see if I left it on the counter. No luck! Joe offered to go out to my car to look and see if I left it in there. He searched my car from top to bottom but did not find my phone. Later on I remembered where I put it... Kudos to Tri-City Subaru for everything that you do! More
