My visit to Tri City was for a regular scheduled maintenance. I got a reminder call before my visit. I was greeted by a friendly lady and told what needed to be done. They are very helpful,know what they are doing and don't try to rip you off. What more can you ask for!! I also bought two cars from them and shopped around. The crew at Subaru is friendly, knowledable, and competant. I have bought four cars at Tri City and have loved all of them. Tri City has been my dealer service center for the past three years. I can say I have never had a problem with them. Every time I go there for service on my Subarau Impreza I encounter nothing but friend three years. I can say I have never had a problem with them. After my car is looked at before servicing, she comes into the waiting room and explains in terms that I can understand what is needed and how it will effect my car and my safety. I have given Tri-City Subara an excellent rating because I truly enjoy giving them my business. After five years of Subaru maintenance appointments, Walking in and seeing Clyde and Sue has become something I truly enjoy giving them my business. Not to mention that my young daughter likes the waiting room, which is a huge bonus as a busy mom. I spread the word as often as I can. It's a great place! More

My original sales experience was great and all my service appointments have been convenient and accommodating. Working night shifts I tend to make my appointments for mornings after I get out of work. The se appointments have been convenient and accommodating. The service staff are all great about letting me nap in the waiting room and waking me with any changes/updates and when they're done! I have all my service done at Tri-City Subaru for my GT Legacy. They are extremely friendly and passionate about their product. Their knowledge exceeds those in the area.
