Unprofessional/Faulty product It all began in August whenever we bought our Chrysler Pacifica. You know...One of the safest vehicles on the road right? WRONG! The van has so many i It all began in August whenever we bought our Chrysler Pacifica. You know...One of the safest vehicles on the road right? WRONG! The van has so many issues. Including shutting off while you are driving down the interstate, headlights, and dash lights shutting off at night while driving, vehicle not driving whenever put in drive or reverse, air control messing up, the list goes on and on. So, after taking the vehicle to the nearest dodge dealership, paying $500 for a part that should fix it. We get a mile down the road and what does my van do. Shuts off..... So, my husband takes the van back to Tri-cities where we purchased it. They of course try to talk us into buying a new car for about $225 more a month because in the 4 months we have had the van it has depreciated so much!!!! Whatever. Anyways, my husband proceeds to tell them he is willing to trade his Dodge Ram Laramie edition that he almost has paid off to get me and his kids out of this ubsafe vehicle. They tell us they don't want to do that.... In my opinion their product is so bad they don’t want to buy it back once they sell it. They have had my car since Monday, December 24, and they refuse to return my phone calls. Even the General Manager, Nick, has promised to call me back and 2 days later guess what? No call. I have called three times within those two days by the way. It seems to me even their upper management doesn’t know how to act in a professional ethical manner. So, why should their employees. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this dealership. Or buy their product. More
