My experience at Trent Cadillac in New Bern was very pleasant with buying a new GMC Truck. My salesman Ron Polk was very professional and informative. We were truly pleased working with Ronnie. We had another dealership try to get us to come to their lot after they had already sold the vehicle we were interested in, but Ronnie snapped a pict We had another dealership try to get us to come to their lot after they had already sold the vehicle we were interested in, but Ronnie snapped a picture of the car we bought with his phone and sent it to us to let us know it was still on the lot and available. Ronnie was great to work with—as was Josh in the finance office. They got us in and out of there in a timely manner. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Trent Cadillac/Buick/GMC and will definitely look forward to doing business with them again in the future when in the market for another vehicle. More
