From purchase to service six months later everyone was friendly, helpful, professional. We had a major issue that the service department went above and beyond to see it was corrected. 2nd Chance very disappointed I came in for rotors and breaks after speaking to parts and service specialist he told me no need for new rotors and breaks just need them turned. I was ecstatic I though I only had to spend $90 instead of the $179 I was quoted. After waiting 4 hours (which I was told 1 hr max). I picked up my CTS and I was shocked when I jumped on the highway and my CTS was till shacking. I returned to dealer and I was given a loaner for my incovience. Next day opon my arrival to my suprise NOW I need new rotors another $211. Not to mention now my engine light was on and it was NOT on before when they did inspection. Come find out my coolant was LOW which fixed engine light. All of my fluids should have been top off it’s suppose to be included with inspection. So my $179 visit ended up being a $310 bill. Service specialist did NOT go above and behind to fix the mistake and ironically the service manger wasn’t in. Now I know why thier slogan is “come on by and see why are people give you the edge” it’s because they push you to the edge of spazzing out. I’m very disappointed I ALWAYS bring my car here to be serviced. Will it e back! More
Not impressed Got quote,scheduled appt.,didn’t Take current contact info. Arrived dIdn’t have tires, quoted,me a price with old tires and proposed tires $1500. Corrected price,added brakes and parts until price was $1400. when I left dealership,didn’t close my hood,held by secondary latch,noticed before I got on hwy 70 before I accelerated top speed.will not use again,although I used previously with no problem More

Best experience we have ever had purchasing a car!!! We had been looking for over a year as we wanted something sporty but very comfortable. We had just about given up as most of the CTS caddys were ove We had been looking for over a year as we wanted something sporty but very comfortable. We had just about given up as most of the CTS caddys were over our budget and the ones with good prices turned out to in poor condition. We had noticed that this car was reduced a $1000. so we made an offer by email. We heard back that same night Sunday from Kaitlin and she said she would present our offer to the sales manager the next morning. They called back in the am and accepted our offer. Upon arrival, we met our salesman Joshua Grasso who took us on a test drive, explained every feature, and got us in and out quickly. We ordered a additional DuPont coating for the exterior and interior of the car that we were told took 4-6 hours. We were told that they would come to our house and pickup the car and return it as well as leave us a loaner car. They came at exactly the time stated and left us a beautiful 2017 ST5 to use for the day. I have had one other Cadillac before and the service was great however Trent went above and beyond what anyone would expect. I forgot the most amazing part....I live over an hour away in Bath, Nc., so it was a two hour trip for our salesman Josh. Now that's great service!!!! More
