Best experience we have ever had purchasing a car!!! We had been looking for over a year as we wanted something sporty but very comfortable. We had just about given up as most of the CTS caddys were over our budget and the ones with good prices turned out to in poor condition. We had noticed that this car was reduced a $1000. so we made an offer by email. We heard back that same night Sunday from Kaitlin and she said she would present our offer to the sales manager the next morning. They called back in the am and accepted our offer. Upon arrival, we met our salesman Joshua Grasso who took us on a test drive, explained every feature, and got us in and out quickly. We ordered a additional DuPont coating for the exterior and interior of the car that we were told took 4-6 hours. We were told that they would come to our house and pickup the car and return it as well as leave us a loaner car. They came at exactly the time stated and left us a beautiful 2017 ST5 to use for the day. I have had one other Cadillac before and the service was great however Trent went above and beyond what anyone would expect. I forgot the most amazing part....I live over an hour away in Bath, Nc., so it was a two hour trip for our salesman Josh. Now that's great service!!!! More
