Everyone at the dealership was pleasant courteous friendly professional and helpful. The approach was not pushy or pressured. Tyler Treadway was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and we even shared our military service histories. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car from Trent. However, like with every other dealership I've dealt with in my long life, the final "deal" ALWAYS involves a "senior" employee in the dealership. While my counter offer to the original offer was taken to the "senior" management, even after some concessions, there was still a bigger difference between my counter offer and their "bottom line". However, for what it's worth, the used vehicle we were bargaining on was pristine, and I ended up "caving" to their final(?) "bottom line" offer. Could I have gotten a better deal if I had walked out? Who knows? But I didn't, and (at least so far) I am very happy with the vehicle we purchased. More

Where to even start. ..My husband and I went looking for a specific max range EV truck as our current EV didn't meet our range needs. Tyler met us, was cheerful, helpful ..My husband and I went looking for a specific max range EV truck as our current EV didn't meet our range needs. Tyler met us, was cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable about the truck and ALL of its functions. The process was made easy by the entire team; from sales to management and finally to finance. To add the icing on the amazing cake, Tyler drove our new truck to our home about 2 hours from the dealership, picked up our trade, and drove it back to New Bern. The flowers, bottle of wine, and a card signed by the entire staff were so much more than expected. We were made to feel like family, and we WILL do business with them again. I highly recommend that anyone searching for a GMC, Buick, or Cadillac come see the Trent folks. You will not be disappointed!!!! PS: We enjoyed a visit from the owner's dog! More
