Purchased a new 2012 Volkswagon Jetta. Dean was very helpful from the start as well as extremely knowledgeable. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I've received from Trend Motors.... I made a "good faith refundable deposit" on a car I was considering and after finding something else, I've been gettin received from Trend Motors.... I made a "good faith refundable deposit" on a car I was considering and after finding something else, I've been getting the run around trying to get my deposit refunded for two weeks. My paperwork has been "misplaced" twice, and now apparently I am waiting for their backed up billing department to process the refund. Funny how it only took about 30 seconds to process the deposit, but it takes over two weeks to get it refunded. Buyer beware. My salesman was great, but this fiasco after the fact sure is not...... After Dealing with Trend Motors has been the worst consumer experience I've ever had. My experience began March 5, 2011 with the purchase of a car. After nearly ten months of outrageous lies and flagrant disrespect, my husband and I just initiated a lawsuit. I tried every avenue for resolution. I honestly believe their policy is to lead customers with problems along so long that you just give up. We noticed a problem with our car ON THE WAY HOME FROM PICKING IT UP!!!! No one would return our calls for four days. When our car went into service to resolve the issue, we found it damaged in ways not related to the original issue - - - -our interior was ripped, our dashboard damaged, our exterior paint was scratched, our iPod jack was disconnected and I could go on and on. So we will wait for a court date and take our pages and pages of documentation and photos of our damage and see what the New Jersey Court System has to say about The New Trend Motors' business practices..........."New" Trend Motors ? What was the "Old" one like? But honestly for me what was worse than the incompetence of the Service Department was the accepted level of disrespect that starts with the general manager and goes through many of his employees. So........if you see Trend with a five star rating chances are it's not from a customer but from one of the employees. More

What I liked at Trend motors is that there was no playing, they were straight forward with the business, didnt waste my time, and plus they weren't too pushy, in a classy and effective way we got to playing, they were straight forward with the business, didnt waste my time, and plus they weren't too pushy, in a classy and effective way we got to seal the deal and I came back home happy with the car I got. Was pleasantly surprised after visiting Trend Motors. They made used car shopping so much less stressful with listening to what I wanted, and giving me options that actually matched me needs. It is clear they were working for repeat business (customer loyalty) and not just a single car sale. I will always start with Trend in the future. A refreshing way to do business around pre-owned vehicles. Walked out with a good deal, a great car, and a warrantee to boot. Was well worth the hour drive it took me to get there. More
