There was no awful, time consuming negotiation as we have experienced with other dealerships. We felt like everyone genuinely cared about us and helped us choose the best car to match our needs. We will definitely recommend JP and Treasure Valley Subaru to everyone. And we LOVE our new Outback Wilderness! More

Sales manager, Jake Rapp, was completely the opposite. Although I had a loan pre-arranged and balked at a credit check, he asked if he could get some information to determine if he could get a better interest rate that would justify a credit check. As I received notification on my phone of that check, which I had never approved, he returned with an offer $3,000 above what I, my wife, and my daughter had understood as the price of the vehicle when we left on Saturday. At this point I left with the intention of never returning. I thought that I would give the dealership a chance to deal with the situation for the next guy and emailed the GM, Rob Studebaker, details of what had happened. I was hopeful about his reply (that is unacceptable, I will be speaking with Mr. Rapp, here is my cell phone if you wish to discuss this further) until I saw different variations on pretty much every one star rating. Then I received the bonus prize of an additional hard check of my credit rating two days after my visit. Have purchased several vehicles in my 52 years but have NEVER had an experience like this. I will not be returning to this establishment! More

I just purchased a used Hyundai Accent and I had the best car buying experience ever. I have bought a lot of cars all from dealerships. Treasure Valley Subaru’s customer service was above and beyond. I have car buying experience ever. I have bought a lot of cars all from dealerships. Treasure Valley Subaru’s customer service was above and beyond. I have very little time to deal with the back and forth of buying a car let alone sitting at a dealership. Mike Crowley and Tanner were completely understanding and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and I could get a reliable car. Tanner informed me of different programs available to help me get into a reliable car especially since my credit isn’t that great and the down payment was lacking. Mike walked me through every step and was always available if I had questions . Mike made sure everything was set for me to purchase the car that way all I had to do was a quick test drive and sign the paperwork. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE else any where else would even talk to me unless I was at their dealership. Mike and Tanner are amazingly caring and understanding. I will continue to purchase my future vehicles for Treasure Valley Subaru and recommend them to everyone I know. More
Let it be stated that I do not make a practice of praising services that I consider to be “part of doing business.” My attitude is, Let the product speak for itself. Certainly, the product I selected to own speaks volumes for itself. I bought a new Subaru Accent Touring. This vehicle is truly astounding and a whole lot smarter than its driver. The safety features and convenience groups are easy to access and make wife and myself feel secure in the operation of the vehicle. My wife suffers from a variety of health issues that make driving a little more of a challenge. It seems like this car with its back-up cameras, lane protection, and warning systems was ideally created for her. What I wish to highlight in praise is the dealership itself. The new facility is beautiful and so are the people that I encountered in the process of buying a new car. The sales team was very professional pointing out safety features and benefits of the vehicles I chose to test-drive. Once a decision was made, they moved me very rapidly to the finance department. I suppose it is as this point where the buyer always feels like they are about to lose their shirt. Instead options were presented to me in a very friendly and low-pressure way. Before I took possession of the car, it seemed like every person in the dealership stopped their work, came and surrounded my wife and myself to thank us for purchasing one of their products and to wish us well. We have now had the Accent, which we named Big White, for about five months and recently called for the first service for the vehicle. The service department made an immediate appointment for service and literally in minutes the work was accomplished. I know a little about auto garages and I must say that am impressed by the size of the garage and the range of vehicles I observed that were being worked on. I enquired and was pleased that they could also work on my baby, my 2008 Mini Cooper S. Now I know where to take it for serve. I have no doubt that my experience with Treasure Valley Subaru will be echoed by all who find their way into their dealership. More
