The original salesperson who confirmed our appointment to look at a new CHR wasn't even on the day he confirmed or appointment for. The new CHR no models to look at yet so waste of time. Travis showed us some used car options, wound up with a truck. All good Phil threw in free oil and maintenance which they never gave me in writing. Bought the truck in March got a recall card saying my truck had to be checked out, I'm do for and oil change no record of promised free oil change all I have is a business card with we owe maintenance on it. So I call and talk about the recall the business card and I'm told ok to drive 45 min each way all good. I meet Eric the asst service manager , who says my truck dosent have the tires for the recall check , The business card worthless fior his pay grade his words, I see Laura the receptionist who remembers us and the guy who did the financing he remembered me. So I get a one time free oil change and tire maintenance. Thank you , not the promise I was given So get it in writing, don't trust a business card Promise , I didn't get angry because I'm used to getting hopeful that I can trust people and learning not these people . I can live with being lied too and they can live with this review . More

Like a new truck I have taken my 2002 Toyota Tacoma to Treasure Coast Toyota for over 10 years and each time I have been MORE than satisfied. No matter what I had se I have taken my 2002 Toyota Tacoma to Treasure Coast Toyota for over 10 years and each time I have been MORE than satisfied. No matter what I had serviced on my truck, they took the time to advise me if I needed to be aware of something that may need attention in the future, or if there was something that I would probably prefer to know about or have done. Never any pressure, just made me aware. This, last service, Eric (service manager) had quite a list and I had timing belt replaced, something I had overlooked, but they suggested it and I am glad they did. Few things can cause havoc like a broken timing chain, especially if you are out of town. They replaced a rear main seal, and fixed a leak in my engine, replacing the valve cover gaskets and completely replaced each of my headlight lenses which I had been wanting to have done forever. Complete tuneup, wheel rotation, replace air bag sensor and assorted odds and ends. Quite an overhaul for my truck, but WOW... it feels, looks, and drives like a NEW TRUCK!!! I wouldn't trade my Toyota Tacoma and I wouldn't switch my dealership which has ALWAYS treated me right and ALWAYS done a fantastic job!!! Terry Whitehead Palm City, Florida More

They finally got the necessary parts, and scheduled my 2004 Avalon the very next day. They said it was a 2 hour job, and it was--plus an extra 30 min while they washed my car. Pleasant waiting area--with TV, comfy seats, coffee, bagels and fresh fruit. What more could you ask for? More
