I been a customer for 5 years and I never had a problem at all. Yesterday 04/20/2022 I took my car to do a oil change and I left my little purse inside of the center consul and I did have 200$ on my little at all. This morning I went to the bank to do a deposit and my 200$ were gone. I never went to other place after I left the dealership. I never thought that this would happen on a dealership TOYOTA. Can’t trust this dealership at all. Worse experience ever. More

Called on a Wednesday made appointment, asked if parts were in stock, girl said pretty sure. Saturday recieved a confirmation on appointment. Arrived Monday and waited an hour or so, was informed parts were in stock, girl said pretty sure. Saturday recieved a confirmation on appointment. Just brake pads and an oxygen sensor. Over 2 hrs wasted and 25 miles driving. Went for genuine parts, they said they could get pads from auto zone and I'd still have to pay full price. If you're going to make appointments, check on parts asked for. I clearly said rear brakes and a front oxygen sensor. Not hard to check on. Receptionist didn't even tell service department what appointment was for. First bad review I ever wrote, this was very disappointing and inconvenient More

We were quoted one price for a roof rack and installation, but charged extra that was never mentioned in the quote. Daymeon never said there may be extra charges for misc. parts, etc. He said t installation, but charged extra that was never mentioned in the quote. Jesus was su[posed to be our advisor but we never saw or met him. Denise helped us even though she was extremely busy. She was a big help in spite of being very busy. Seems she was the only advisor doing anything. She had a great attitude but couldn't explain what the extra charges were for. We were quoted a time of 1 to 2 hours. It took 2 1/2 hours to finish the job. We had received a call the night before fro Ed stating that the part was in and gave us an appointment time of 10:30am. We finally got the car back at 2:30. The part was NOT in stock and someone had to go pick it up at another dealership. More
