When I asked if their was a problem Nick. my service writer, said on that particular day they had many cars coming in and were a bit help short and I could see it was busy. Even so Nick said I shouldn't have had such a long wait but I understood. Nick adjusted my bill slightly as a compensation which I said was very kind of him. So this occurred during the Corona-virus pandemic. Even if it wasn't during a time with a mandated 6' of space for social distancing, I would have had a problem with this. From the moment I opened the door if it wasn't during a time with a mandated 6' of space for social distancing, I would have had a problem with this. From the moment I opened the door to my truck the guy out front just could NOT contain himself and was literally bumping into me to try to read the odometer while I was still standing at the door trying to get my stuff out. Like he was going to bulldoze over me in an anxiety fueled panic. There were tons of people inside, ALL of which, were way too close together who had no problem brushing past me as I continued to back up more and more into the corner not to get run over. This was all at 10:30 in the morning I may add so not like everyone was trying to rush and get out of there before closing time. I had just bought the truck (used) the week before and was bringing it in for recall work to be done and not 5 minutes after I left I had some salesman calling me trying to get me to trade it in and buy a new truck. Why on earth would I trade in a truck I had just bought 7 days before and had hardly driven 100 miles in yet. NOT IMPRESSED! Scott who I dealt with for the actual work was fantastic though. He worked fast, was accommodating, and did everything I asked and more. That's why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. The back of the house was great! It's the front of the house that's awful. More
