Treasure Coast Toyota Of Stuart - Service Center

After having an electrical issue with my beloved 1991 Toyota Camry that nobody could fix, I was told to take it to Treasure Coast Toyoya. Specifically! On Friday August 21 brought my car to the dealersh Toyota Camry that nobody could fix, I was told to take it to Treasure Coast Toyoya. Specifically! On Friday August 21 brought my car to the dealership not knowing what to expect due my own bad experiences in the past. First I met Joseph Stephen who was extremely kind,professional, passionate and enthusiastic about making customers happy. Joseph over exceeded my expectations. Joseph made sure my car was in the hands of the BEST, FRAZ!! Fraz told me I will do my very best to fix your car, it will take me some time to so it will be better to go home. Joseph provided me a ride home. Fraz found the problem then Joseph ordered the part. At this time I was very concerned of the total cost for all of this. Again Joseph promised me his main GOAL was to make me happy, continue to enjoy my very well kept Toyota. He did it. OH MY GOD!! I can't thank enough Joseph and Fraz for going above and beyond to help a complete stranger on fixing his beloved Toyota Camry. Joseph and Fraz are 5+ stars in my book. For sure they changed my perception about my own bad experiences. I will bring my car back for future repairs, will tell and recommend them to all my friends. Sincerely Pedro More

Appreciated Matthew being polite and making the "new" process seem simple. I arrived at 4pm but didn't leave until around 6pm. I feel this was a little long for service on washer fluid and filling air process seem simple. I arrived at 4pm but didn't leave until around 6pm. Joe my service advisor was great. Love the new setup very high tech and impressive. My only complaint was a salesperson approaching me about buying a new car. Texting is ok but not person to person.
