Three strikes and they're out, that's how I feel. Three times in a row, I have had problems with the service at Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. The first two times I brought it to the attention of the se times in a row, I have had problems with the service at Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. The first two times I brought it to the attention of the service writer. After the second visit with a problem, I left poor feedback and was emailed by the service manager to call him. I did and left a message for him to call me, HE NEVER CALLED BACK. After the third problem, I went straight to the front desk and asked to speak with the general manager. She was out so I left a message for her to call me. Two days later I called again and she was in a meeting, I left a second message. The next day I called for a third time and she was out again and left another message. I finally got a call back from the managers assistant. Though pleasant, I was not satisfied with her assurances they would do better next time. I have purchased 4 vehicles from TCT over the last 10 years and taken my vehicles there for service for a long time. NO MORE! How to loose a customer by lack of attention to detail and ignoring him. I'm Headed up the road to Ft Pierce! More
