While I was at your dealership this week I noticed that management cares so little about their service personnel that they require them to stand. Without allowing them the courtesy of being able to sit at management cares so little about their service personnel that they require them to stand. Without allowing them the courtesy of being able to sit at least some of the time. Seeing them having to stand of their feet all day suggest how little that the management personnel care about their Service People. What a Shame. More

Kareem welcomed me to the service bay and confirmed my reason for the visit. He then turned me over to Matt. Matt wrote up my service needs and directed me to the waiting area. You have a safety issue at this dealership: A dealership employee (black attire, bearded, maybe Parts Dept.) walked through the waiting area to the restroom without benefit of a mask.
