Max, the new car salesman, exceeded all my expectations. I called late in the evening about a car I saw on website, which unfortunately was recently sold. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, which had all the extras I wanted. Even when it didn’t look like we could come to the numbers I felt comfortable with, he remained very professional. He gave it one last try with the finance manager and they got me a better deal than my preapproval with another lender.
