It has bad brakes. Yes I was offered an extended Warranty. The problem would have been with In the warranty time had I received the information Or a simple response in time.

The issue I have with that is that in June we did a brake job on the front and rear brakes and the vehicle had 52K miles, so who is saying the brakes were bad? ans No warranty covers brakes as they are a wear and tear item. Please let me know

My problem with that is, I work 7 days 3 am - 5 pm. I can try to get the car there. If this is Something that won't be covered then I just assume Fix it myself because then it will only cost me parts Not the labor.

If your technician is Stevie wonder then I will understand. There is nothing left to the rear brakes. Like I Stated earlier I don't have time to drive to the dealership Just so I can be told that the rear brakes need to Be replaced. You already stated the repairs wouldn't Have been covered anyway. The rating is for The lack of follow through. Our sales guy called Me when I first bought the car and was going to See about compensating me with possibly a tank of Gas because our delivery got screwed up. Never Heard back. I called several times and left a few Messages about wether or not the brakes were Covered and again no response. It wasn't until I Posted something on here where others would See my issues that I finally receive information.
