I looked on line for a new Tacoma. Amanda called and emailed me, and did not over do it like other dealer ships that had called me 3 times in one day. We were greeted at the door by a nice gentlemen who's name escapes me (We think Bob, or Robert). He was very friendly and brought us water as we waited to meet Amanda. Amanda greeted us, and introduced us to Elaine to work with us on showing the vehicles. Elaine was awesome. Very down to earth, and there was no pressure to buy up from what we wanted. Everyone was really friendly at the dealer ship. They listened to what I wanted, showed me the vehicles they had, and did 2 test drives with me. Danny was very patient with us with working with an outside finance, and was able to beat the interest rate from the outside finance company. All in all, it was a pleasant interaction with this dealer ship, and I felt very comfortable buying the truck from them, as there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. Thanks Bob,Amanda, Elaine and Danny for making this fun and getting my new truck! More

Started with a test drive. I was considering 3 different brands, but liked the Camry the best. My 2004 was extremely reliable and hopefully the 2013 will keep the tradition. Elaine was very low-key. No pressure but obviously interested in my being comfortable with my choice. Kept in touch but not pushy. Although the package I wanted was unavailable in the leftover 2013s I was able to have most of the items installed. After having a very bad experience previously with the former owners at this location I was very wary about working with this dealership but Elaine and David put me at ease. More
