My New Camry I purchased a new Camry on 9-25-17. Previously I had purchased fo4r different Corolla's from Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart but this time I wanted to I purchased a new Camry on 9-25-17. Previously I had purchased fo4r different Corolla's from Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart but this time I wanted to upgrade to a Camry. I didn't think I could afford a Camry and would have been happy keeping my 2013 Corolla. Shane made the upgrade happen. I love my new Camry, especially all the extra safety features. My first dealer service... Ever! I've never been to the dealership for anything but repairs. Today was the exception as my first service on my new Camry came due. Dom was outstanding! Treasure Coast Toyota lies and jacks up price I saw a vehicle from Treasure Coast Toyota listed on Autotrader.com for $27,444. In fine print, it said if you want it to have Toyota certification, i I saw a vehicle from Treasure Coast Toyota listed on Autotrader.com for $27,444. In fine print, it said if you want it to have Toyota certification, it's $995 more. And it said they needed a $2,000 cash deposit. I called and told them where I found it and the price. Scott, the salesman I spoke with took videos of it which was nice. Then he said it would be all of those prices combined for a total of $30,444 (really, those added are $30,439). I offered 28k. He said he would talk with his manager and see what he could do, but they could definitely go down on the $30k tag. He came back saying his manager said it would be $31,339 ... more than what the salesman originally quoted! They wouldn't budge on the price. He told me if I talked with someone more experienced at car buying, I would know that was standard practice. Nope. My husband and dad have purchased lots of vehicles and they both said the price should have been what it was on autotrader and their website: $27,444. We all think this business has shady practices and would stay away! More
