We signed the contract and they went over it line by line explaining everything. They called me yesterday asking us to come back in because there was a mistake in the numbers and we had to sign a new contract. I specifically asked "is our payment going up or so we owe any money", they told me No it's all the same we just need you to resign it'll take 10 min... They knew we lived over an hour away. We show up today and they present us with the "new contract" showing our payment $260!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said waitttttt this is NOT okay and NOT what we agreed to otherwise we wouldn't have bought the car. The sales manager Michael was a complete jerk to me saying it's our fault we didn't read it, and we signed it, and they will take the car back today if we don't agree. I ran outside and started crying because at this point I'm so upset we can't afford $100 extra a month on a dang car and we never would have bought it at those terms. Before I left the office to go outside for air he said "well what car do you plan on getting home in".. we were conned and lied to and they got us here today to corner us and pressure us. This is the worst business practices ever and they literally bullied us into signing. My children were crying, I was crying. I'll never come back here again. I've never been so disrespected in my entire life. Michael is the worst person on the planet and treated us like xxxx. More

He truly was concerned with how I felt and worked very hard with the managers and General Manager who were involved in making this transaction work. He truly was concerned with how I felt with my trade in and my requested price of the new vehicle I wanted. He found the way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more. I also want to thank the managers, finance department along with the General Manager who extended themselves to make the transaction complete.
