We took a look around, and saw a wide variety of quality Toyota vehicles. But still we weren’t convinced that we had found the vehicle we needed. Maybe wanted, maybe liked, but not quite ready to buy. The sales staff especially Tom Dodd, tried his best, when he reached the limits of his latitude he brought in a manager, to see what he could do? I do marketing for a living, and my wife works as a kitchen designer and sales person. So we are sales resistant and both are educated people who know a bargain when we see it. But we hadn’t seen the deal we liked yet. So we prepared to leave. But as we were headed for the door, the sales manager, asked what kind of deal did we want? He listened and they were able to craft a deal that got us the New 2018 Tundra we wanted. But that’s not all. The 2018 Tundra is a high tech ride and Mr Austin Skumanich gave us the “Hi-Tech” low down, and we are now, fully qualified to set the engines to STUN - the passers by! Satisfying Experience This was the second car that I bought from Shane in a little over six months. I had to trade in my RAV4 as my wife was unable to get into the vehicle This was the second car that I bought from Shane in a little over six months. I had to trade in my RAV4 as my wife was unable to get into the vehicle without difficulty whereas she has absolutely no problem with the new Camry. In my opinion Shane treated me fairly on the price and he was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features in my new car, Hector and Austin did an excellent job setting us my infotainment system and explaining the best way for me to use it.. I cannot say anything about Service as I have yet to deal with that department yet, More
