Sadly disappointed About a week ago I wrote a awesome review about my experience with Treasure Coast Toyota. I went for an oil change and left in a new car. Unfortunatel About a week ago I wrote a awesome review about my experience with Treasure Coast Toyota. I went for an oil change and left in a new car. Unfortunately, I must rescind my review. After driving off the lot in a new car, (which in fact was not as nice as the car I traded) I was called to come in and sign some papers. I had a gut feeling I was being called in for a different reason and boy was I right. After telling me I was approved with NO MONEY DOWN, I was called and asked to put down a $1000 dollars. Long story short. I feel I was misled and manipulated. Misled to believe I was approved and then manipulated by being lied to saying come in and sign some papers that were missed to get money out of me. When I said I had nothing. Then it was well we can put you in another car. After being run amuck I asked for my car back. I missed time from work and they did not care. Suddenly folks who were so kind when I was signing on the dotted line became absolute xxxxxxxx. The only people who showed any concern were the VIP Mgr and the Sales Consultant. Finance Department are a bunch of sharks! I started my relationship with the dealership via their service department and I won't ever return period! I must have been nuts anyway trading a 2014 Camry for a 2018 YARIS! Really?! Treasure Coast Toyota I am truly disappointed. You don't let someone leave with a car just to take it back. Misleading and deceptive! More
