I could not have had a better experience.. that Prius mechanic really knows what he's doing. I have had this problem for two years and could not find anyone to fix it. Everybody was afraid and gave bad advice and put their hands up in the air in surrender. This guy found the problem and stood by his evaluation to the end. I now feel I have a new car. My car wasn't bad, the other mechanics were well-meaning but they just weren't good. At least not for a Prius! Kudos to the service team at Treasure Coast. I came home to Port St Lucie with 53 MPG on my 07 Prius and I am elated!!! Personal treatment was also exceptional! My car was old, dented, with paint peeling....it was a sight!! Yet Denise and the team made me feel like I drove up in a Lexus!! Everyone that touched me or handled that car made me feel like a VIP!! I did not have a lot of money and my car had a lot of problems! But they treated me so honestly and fairly, I gladly sacrificed to pay for their services!! When more unexpected problems surfaced, they brought me to the mechanic. I saw what he was doing on my behalf and I was AMAZED that someone could do that much work in that short space of billable time. I am pretty handy, so I do most repairs on my vehicle. It simply floored me what was done to repair those injectors, and diagnose the electrical problem with the computer. My car looked like it was in the mechanics' version of the ICU of Harvard Medical School!! I was impressed!! All of that for a beat up car?!?! Professionalism made them good, but INTEGRITY made them great!! They even suggested cheaper alternatives to try to help my budget. What dealer does that!??! After that treatment, I paid, but I gladly paid to do it right!! I feel so honored to have that level of professionalism and integrity work on my car. KUDOS to Denise, KUDOS to the mechanic, the Prince of Priuses, and KUDOS to the entire team of Treasure Coast Toyota!! Thanks again and God bless!! Paul D More

I would definitely recommend Trevor to others that are interested in Toyota’s. And of course the dealership. I may have missed the best deal of the day but I chickened out. Coupons I requested to services from a recent coupon mailing I had received. When I went to the dealership that told me I could only use one coupon. Why print them and mail them if only one can be used. I told the sales person, Kareem that I did not appreciate this. He did nothing to get the extra discount for me. Then we found several stupid things wrong with the care. Cab filter too dirty. He told me he could reduce the cost of the oil change if I aggraded to the many service issues. I could not afford it at that time. He then did nothing to reduce the cost of the oil change. Treasure Cost Toyota: Forget me. I will never return to you for service. I contacted my old dealership in Royal Palm Beach. They were very upset about the way you treated me. They are willing going to give me free gas to come back to them. That is customer service. You keep you coupons that you pay to print, but fail to honor. I'm going elsewhere. More
