When my mother-in-law tried to pay with cash the next day, the dealer played dumb and refused to cash the check and cancel the loan. Subsequent requests, both on the phone and in person, failed to resolve the issue. And the GM will not take our call to discuss. This is a very shady way to do business. More

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Have called, got hung-up on. Called left message, no response. Stopped at dealership and asked for a specific service rep and waited at a dealership. Have called, got hung-up on. Called left message, no response. Stopped at dealership and asked for a specific service rep and waited 7 minutes, never came so I drove off. Called dealership and was to be transferred to service , phone went dead. I have tried to buy cars here in the past but they have no interest in helping find the car I have wanted. Went to Bev Smith Toyota in Ft Pierce and have always had great service and a great sales person. I have bought four (4) cars from Bev Smith - look at the sales Treasure Coast Toyota has lost. I try to have some service work done at Treasure Coast Toyota but now that the service reps I have dealt with for 20 years have left or retired, there is no service. More

Don't trust the service department Took my 2003 Solara in for a repair. They told me the part I needed was no longer available. BUT I did need new valve cover gaskets due to a "bad" o Took my 2003 Solara in for a repair. They told me the part I needed was no longer available. BUT I did need new valve cover gaskets due to a "bad" oil leak. Refused the service and looked at the issue when I got home. NO LEAK, not a drop. There has been no oil on my garage for the 16 years I've owned the car and none now.. I checked the oil level and it has not lost one bit of oil in over 6 months. DON"T TRUST the service department. Get a second opinion! More
