The service staff was ready for me when I arrived at 9:00 AM. Everyone was pleasant and maintained masks and/or social distance. Bringing my 2018 Camry SE for routine maintenance took me on an unexpected journey in purchasing my new 2020 Camry XLE. I loved my SE but the new car offered more safety features plus additional options I didn't have on my other car. As always Maria pointed me in the right direction and found the perfect car for me. I was worried about how the rear bumper would be affected installing the trailer hitch; but it looks just as new as when I took it in (bought it on 12/31/19 from you. I did find just the tiniest nick to the paint in the back driver's side panel. I can't be sure when that happened but I do notice things as I'm very meticulous with my car. I also notice that many of the service staff weren't wearing masks and that's not good in this environment. Thank you for a quick job well done! More
