Need a Systems Review to Solve the Situation Described Below I recently received a birthday greeting and computer greeting for my dear husband who passed away January 19, 2015. Had I not called Paul Licausi, I recently received a birthday greeting and computer greeting for my dear husband who passed away January 19, 2015. Had I not called Paul Licausi, personally, to inform him of Felton's death in February, and ask that Felton's name be removed and records updated, I probably would not be so offended. But I did. I have had this conversation at least ten times with various members of the Lexus staff (service reminders, follow-up surveys, mailings, phone calls, birthday greetings), about changing records to reflect a death. This appears beyond the realm of possibility for all of you. I struggle every day with the sadness I feel over the loss of my husband. His birthday, July 6, was a very tough day for me, and I can assure you I did not need to receive a birthday card that I cannot give to him. I am sure there are other clients who feel the same way I do. This is a customer service issue that should be seriously addressed, and immediately solved, so mistakes like this do not occur again. Prior to his arrival, I was planning to go 45-50 miles south to the West Palm dealership to have my Lexus serviced (a real inconvenience to be sure.) The dashboard was replaced and they did a good job in a reasonable timeframe. Thanks. More
