Not good so far. We took our Lexus two weeks ago for the 30,000 mile oil change. They rotated the tires, we took a trip to Key West that same weekend, just noticed ye We took our Lexus two weeks ago for the 30,000 mile oil change. They rotated the tires, we took a trip to Key West that same weekend, just noticed yesterday that we have two Lugnuts missing on the front right tire. I called them at 9 AM on Saturday. Nobody called me back until five minutes till three and they close at three. I guess they don’t think two Lugnuts add a five lug nuts is a big deal. Very upsetting front tire could’ve fell off in my whole family could’ve been killed. Guess they don’t think they need to get back with me not a very urgent in their minds. More
Service is a breeze I call to get an appointment and they are very accommodating. After 2 weeks and trying to rid the smell myself I contacted Howard Klein and requested that the AC AND cabin filters be changed. Within an hour or so he received the Blessing of Tina Klein to get them changed out for me. The AC one was reported "dirty". BINGO it's smelling fresh now! My only suggestion as a consumer is if a prior owner is a smoker (I suspect such from the smell)... change out the filters during its certification. This place really is great! More

When I arrived my service advisor, Steve Lasker informed be that the car didn't need an oil change at this time because they use synthetic oil but they should rotate the tires while I was there. Steve could have just as easily kept quiet, changed the perfectly good oil and taken my money and I never would have known it. It's nice to see a business do the right thing. More

Warranty work I took my Lexus in for a windshield molding which had separated from the cowling below. I noticed it had separated while washing my car. I got right I took my Lexus in for a windshield molding which had separated from the cowling below. I noticed it had separated while washing my car. I got right in and the service rep was unsure of the problem so he contacted the service manager who's first comment was I've never seen this happen. He then said I must have replaced the windshield and he looked and said no. He then said it was the non Lexus wiper blades that caused the problem and who put them on. I did and I have never replaced my wiper blades with Lexus blades which I change annually. His last excuse why they would not cover it was something must have crashed on the cowling and broken the clip holding the molding on. No damage anywhere on my car. They would be happy to take it back and see if it could be fixed not under warranty. I pretty much told them what to do with their non warranty repairs. I then called Lexus Customer service with no help from them. So I let it go. But yesterday I finally ran across a windshield replacement company and showed him what had happened and the story. He laughed as he was replacing a Lexus windshield and said he has seen this problem before and it should have been covered. He even showed me how the molding attaches to the cowling and the windshield. Needless to say after speaking with an expert on windshields I decided to write my story. It's funny that the expert on windshield replacement who had nothing to gain gave me the true story while the expert Lexus rep knew nothing but was happy to try and fix it at their hourly shop rate. The glass guy said don't worry about it as it is only cosmetic, Lexus thumbs down! More
