As pleasant as an automotive service can be. We have been very pleased with our experience at Treasure Coast Lexus since we purchased our 2013 Lexus ES there in September, 2012. We have since brought it back at 10,000 mile intervals; we now have 80,000 miles on it and never a problem. We feel we have always received the highest level of attention and service; our Service Manager Kathy Register is absolutely tops! Very informative, helpful and efficient--work that is performed is clear in advance with no "surprises" when we settle up the bill. The service lounge is attractive and comfortable, complete with coffee, beverages and snacks--we had brought books to read but barely started them when Kathy told us our Lexus was ready. Our car was returned freshly washed and vacuumed--good as new! More

I told him I have questions regarding my Lease and he introduced me to Paul Licausi. Paul answered all my questions. When I left, I was driving a 2018 RX350. I also meet Marc Jean and he covered all my tech questions. Oh, I also met Gary Mariarossi (hope I spelled that correct) the manager. Great staff. Very please with the Dealership. More
