Free wash whenever, free cafe while waiting the 20 minutes for the wash, great people, great service, etc., etc. We are one hundred percent satisfied with this car and this dealership... you could be too. Joe Loverso, diagnostic specialist had to be called in to assist. They spent hours trying to resolve the problem. When i picked up the car, Joe took a test ride with me and eureka the noise was gone!! On the way out, Scott O'Keefe, the manager of fixed operations assured me that if the problem came back, they would have no problem swapping out the door panel if necessary...This whole group couldn't have been more helpful and more professional.... thanks guys... It has been 4 months, yes, 4 months, and no idea when or if I will see my car again. I have had no calls, no updates, and only know my car still exists if I call the dealership. Meanwhile, I am paying insurance and my car is losing value as time goes by. 4 months! Ridiculous! Such a shame that I cannot get any answers about when the part is to arrive or a timeline. I went to the dealership a month ago, and got no answers, nor have I heard anything. The only excuse I could get was that I was not the only owner waiting on said interior part. Terrible communication and they claim to have no answers to give. Beware! I have had great service in the past, but them keeping my car for over 4 months with no idea when I will get it back is unacceptable. After reading the response from Treasure Coast Lexus, I have a response of my own. First, thank you for your quick answer to my review. I received two phone calls immediately following the review. I do thank you for your quick response as well. While I sincerely appreciate Lexus replacing the interior parts, it was the right thing to do, or I'm sure it would not be happening. If other prospective buyers had seen the gummy interior, I feel that it could affect someone's buying choice! Since your response included that I am receiving the new parts at no charge, I feel I need to respond to that as well. To me, it truly does not matter if I were paying the 10K or if the parts offered at no charge. It is still unacceptable that I have no answer as to when the parts will be available. My immediate family and I have been driving Lexus vehicles for years, having spent almost 500,000 dollars to do so. We have always made this choice because we believe in these wonderful luxury cars and SUVs. It is difficult to continue with that belief when I cannot find anyone that knows the answer to such a minor problem. Having a dealership that can readily answer questions about service to a vehicle is paramount when choosing to buy. It is my understanding that one of the door panels has been replaced and that the other door panel arrived at your dealership in an incorrect color. My 460 is a fine vehicle, not some junker with four wheels that I would use to get from place to place. Even though it is aging, it still has low mileage and is garage kept for the duration of my ownership. Scott understood why I would insist that the repairs be completed prior to my removing it from your dealership for that reason. I find it incomprehensible that not one person at Treasure Coast Lexus has the contact with the company to know when the part will arrive. No one has a clue, nor does anyone seem to know how to find out. Is there someone, a district supervisor perhaps, that could assist with this issue? In such a large, trusted brand as Lexus, I cannot understand how not one person has any idea when a part will arrive! This does not give me, or I would think any other Lexus owner, confidence in the brand if an answer to such a minor question as to when a part will arrive cannot be answered. I have spent my career dealing with the public, and would not enjoy the success I have if I ran my businesses like this, unable to answer guests questions. I believe someone could've tanned the leather and imported it from Tibet by now! Please forward me the name of the next person up the totem pole who might be able to answer my question. I am not in town right now but will make a decision as to what to do about removing the car from Treasure Coast Lexus. Again, I have had good experiences in the past with the team at Treasure Coast Lexus. Randy and Robert have always been most helpful. I think anyone could understand my frustration with this issue.
