Mr. Grubbs, Thank you for taking the time to write your review and give us your feedback. Honest input is the only way we can truly improve and do better. I'm so sorry that you are unhappy regarding your last service visit. Our goal is perfection and 100% satisfaction so when a Guest is unhappy we take that very seriously. With that in mind, I did some research into your last visit. I discovered that we did indeed replace the brake pads on your 2014 LS. We also resurfaced your rotors. To my surprise, our records indicate that we did not charge you for either of these services. In fact, we covered the costs of both the brakes and rotors and then we also paid for the replacement of your cabin air filter. It looks like you were told at one time that these services would not be covered but that was obviously corrected as we did not charge you for any of it. My apologies for any confusion we may have caused but it looks like we eventually got it right and paid for all of it. We will try to do better next time. As for your email. I did receive your email requesting clarification of your extended warranty. I did reply to your request with some additional documentation but it appears you have not received that. I will resend that email again today when I return to my office. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with and again, thank you for input.
