We had terrible experiences in two occasions. First time my suspensions had a problem from the manufacturer. This caused my tires to wear off uneven. The dealer was not willing to help at all or acknowledge that because of that manufacturer defect, my tires then Had an issue. Second occasion, we had a problem with a tire sensor. Went to the dealership and waited for over an hour for them to just tell me that the part had to be ordered. Went the second time when was told to go the next day for them to take care of it, and when I got to the dealership, they said I need it an appointment. Again they wasted my time for the second time.
