rudeness of manager I've reported the issue on this last visit three times so far and no response. This is the 4th! I was required to bring the car back as a part wasn' I've reported the issue on this last visit three times so far and no response. This is the 4th! I was required to bring the car back as a part wasn't available. Somewhere in the three visits the coupons that are mailed to me that I turned over to a service rep were lost. When I returned home and called the service manager to ask about it, I was told I received all the discounts i was entitled to! Maybe I was, but the tone of voice was inappropriate. And what happened to the mailer with the coupons that I turned in on visit two. More

Service requested I had a problem with flashing red light on battery. My battery was only 18 months old and if it was not a bad battery then it had to be the alterna I had a problem with flashing red light on battery. My battery was only 18 months old and if it was not a bad battery then it had to be the alternator. Kathy had the repair department check it out& she told me I was right. I had them replace the alternator. Since it would take some time to do that, I was given a loaner. Everything was handled in a smooth manner....as I expected it to be. More
