30,000 mile service Great dealership service took 3 hours but dealership provided a loaner car. Went to lunch did a little shopping using the loaner. Got a call from my Great dealership service took 3 hours but dealership provided a loaner car. Went to lunch did a little shopping using the loaner. Got a call from my service manager that my car was ready and returned to the dealership. Turned in the loaner picked up my car and went home. Great use of my time instead of sitting at the dealership for 3 hours. More

BATTERY Replaced 7 yr. battery that failed in about 2 yrs. Contacted Lexus about battery failure since I have had 4 replacements since purchase of car in 2017. Followed Rafael's recommendation and installed battery maintainer 08/27/2018. Battery still failed 05/12/2020. No fault of dealership. More
