No problem with time reserved; meet and greet went well. Repair took a bit longer than mentioned, but not much. Could have been better Wish I could say my experience was better. We bought a Lexus because we have always been extremely happy with the Toyotas we have had. I brought the Lexus in for the recall work to be done on the fuel pump. The next day when I went to fill up my gas tank, gas starting flooding out of the tank onto the pavement. I called Lexus and was asked to drive it to the dealership to be checked out. Apparently a seal had not been installed properly. I was told it would take hours to get a tow. Since the dealership was not far, maybe someone could have driven the loaner car to me and then dealt with getting my car to the dealership? Felt unsafe the whole time I was driving it. So that was that issue. Over the 4th weekend we drove to St. Augustine and couldn’t locate the connection for the seat belt in the middle of the second row. It wasn’t between the seat or behind. I called over a week and a half ago to ask where we might locate it. I was sent to Rafael’s extension and I left a message. Still waiting for a response. I guess with Lexus the 5 star treatment ends once you have signed on the dotted line to purchase the vehicle. More
Completely surprised again by receiving more from the service department than we thought possible. We called Roadside Assistance, the car was fixed and returned to our home within 3 hours.
