FROM MARK IN TECHNOLOGY TO TINA OVER 10 YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN MORE THAN FAIR IN EVERY WAY--THE OWNERSHIP SETS THE TONE FOR EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE.
