I brought my Lexus for a recall service and everything was very professional. All the staff was wearing face masks and the dealership design and their ways of working allows for 6-ft distance at all times was very professional. The only minor thing is that when they gave me the car back, the driver's side mirror was completely flipped forward with a couple of scratches. The mechanic said it was the auto washing machine. He resolved the issue by just flipping the mirror back into place, I hope there was not any internal damage and this does not cause any future issues with the mirror. More
