After service in your dealership, The antenna is missing off my car!! DID it get lost at the car wash at your service ?Why did no-one call or note this? All that needed to be done was to reset the computer after my car had a new battery installed.(information I told your service department) Rip off! My gutt told me to get a second opinion and I'm certainly glad I did. I was also told from your service dept that I needed a Drive belt to the tune of $280.94 My independent local service told me that belt was not needed. I paid for a service charge at Lexus that fabricated unnecessary charges. I'm very disappointed in the service department and feel you should investigate this fraud. Not what I expect from Lexus!!!!!!!!!!! More
