Treasure Coast Lexus - Service Center

Although the service center was very clean there are several deficiencies. The televisions were not working in the waiting areas and when we asked if they could be turned on we never received a response several deficiencies. Granted there was coffee, beverages and snacks, they were left unattended and the patrons were rummaging through the food with their bare hands possibly spreading germs onto the food items. Finally, although everyone one of the personnel were very polite and friendly I believe that attention needs to be paid to the above-mentioned. More

In the past I couldn't rate this dealership highly enough but this visit was much worst. Basically, my advisor went out sick and nobody picked up the slack.
