took care of the issue and had my wife on her way with a loaner in a timely manner. No scuffs or foot prints on the interior like last time. Although there was a bit of debris from the windshield install, in their defense, Safelight came in to do the install....so all in all they did a Great job, I can definitely see the improvement in the customer experience at TC, getting it on it's way to par with the older Lexus dealerships south of us. I regret that I did not speak with the techs while there as I find the manual ponderous and hard to find answers on -getting mirror to fold in when door lick is activated, lower height of trunk door, reprogramming radio.
