Service rep Katy Register took good care of me, as usual! My visit was for an oil change, but included the multi-point inspection and a wash job. Best car, best service, best all-around experience compared to every other dealership we’ve dealt with in 50+ years of driving. BTW, this is our 3rd Lexus ES350! More

Poor communication with me and internally between other service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going t service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going to review the problem based on the diagnostics run. I called Wednesday and left a message looking for an update with no response. I then called twice on Thursday leaving messages on a voicemail once and with a receptionist another time, again with no response. Friday I had to ask for the manager of the service department to help me and then finally got a call back from Jude. On this call I was told that the head mechanic not only needed to look at the car, but also that the part I was told was ordered never was ordered. This lack of communication or sheer incompetence is disrespectful to me and an embarrassment to the brand. More
