They constantly kept me informed during the progress o They go Above & Beyond when it comes to servicing their customers during and after the sale. They constantly kept me informed during the progress of my vehicle in their shop. There were several times they had to inform me that there was a slight delay waiting for parts to come in. During the waiting period I had a brand new Loaner Car so I was never without transportation and they always kept me up to date on the progress of my service and repair. I owned several Audi’s before and I continued to see their service after the sale diminish. More

The two problems I had were cost ($280 for a simple straightforward engine light code diagnostic) and even worse - the servic were presented upfront. His reasoning was some mumbo jumbo about proprietary data or private information. I guess we're not connecting on the fact that it's my car & that I just paid $280 for the diagnostics. More
