Had scheduled an oil change online for 7am Monday morning for my 2019 NX 300. David was my service advisor. This was my first time at this particular dealership for service as I just moved here from NYC. P for my 2019 NX 300. David was my service advisor. This was my first time at this particular dealership for service as I just moved here from NYC. Place was clean and the employees were all pleasant. Waiting area was very nice with a snack bar and news papers to keep you occupied. My oil change was completed and I was out the door by 7:50 AM ! Very impressed to say the least. David was very friendly and we had some good laughs. Will definitely be coming back with my other Lexus vehicle. Highly recommend! More

We arrived and checked in, then waited 25 minutes for our Service Manager since she said she did know we were there. Then waited 20 minutes for them to pull our car around, but they brought the wrong car (n Service Manager since she said she did know we were there. Then waited 20 minutes for them to pull our car around, but they brought the wrong car (not my car). We waited another 20 minutes for them to bring the correct car (my car).
