For the most part, I’d rate it on par with a Chrysler five star dealership with a better coffee bar area. As with them, I had to circle back around regarding the oil change decal that was forgotten. I had an interior protection applied after I bought the car so the grease stains were easily removed. More
I’m very disappointed in this dealership’s service. I have spent hundreds of dollars to just be told that it will now cost thousands of dollars more to fix. I will not recommend this dealership and as an avid Lexus owner for over 15 years, I am now switching to Mercedes Benz. More

Service rep Katy Register took good care of me, as usual! My visit was for an oil change, but included the multi-point inspection and a wash job. Our original sales person for our 11 yr old ES350, Paul Licausi, stopped by for a few minutes to catch up! Best car, best service, best all-around experience compared to every other dealership we’ve dealt with in 50+ years of driving. BTW, this is our 3rd Lexus ES350! More
Poor communication with me and internally between other service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going t service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going to review the problem based on the diagnostics run. I called Wednesday and left a message looking for an update with no response. I then called twice on Thursday leaving messages on a voicemail once and with a receptionist another time, again with no response. Friday I had to ask for the manager of the service department to help me and then finally got a call back from Jude. On this call I was told that the head mechanic not only needed to look at the car, but also that the part I was told was ordered never was ordered. This lack of communication or sheer incompetence is disrespectful to me and an embarrassment to the brand. More
