I was there for 4 hours for what I thought was an oil change. She asked if I wanted spark plugs. I said yes but didn’t realize the extra cost or time involved that wasn’t explained to me. More

Normal maintenance was performed and a brake noise fixed, that was fine. I asked for my tire to be checked for a leak. Jude told me there was a nail in the tire and it had to be replaced, at a cost of around that was fine. I asked for my tire to be checked for a leak. Jude recommended I replace both rear tires for a cost of $500+ I declined to do anything about the tires. When I picked up the car, there was different tire pressures in each tire and one missing the valve cover. Also, the tire I asked inspected had 20lbs of pressure in it. Why was the car released to me like that? Jude told me the car had multipoint inspections, does that include the tires? I brought my car to Atlantic Tire in Stuart. AT said there was no nail and no indications of a leak. I am going to contact Lexus Corporate and tell them my experience. I also have no faith in your mechanics, misleading me and downright lying. While I was checking out in Jude's office, a mechanic came in the office and told Jude he installed brakes on the wrong car!! I have no time for such shoddy service. As a Lexus owner since 2017, this is the worse experience ever. More
