I had a rare experience with a new vehicle with less than 100 miles. I am totally unsatisfied, actually baffled, with the explanation about what caused my issue. It was only because a friend mentioned it to me that I became aware. it was on some page well into the owner's manual but I believe the sales or delivery team should have made me aware of that requirement.
