I find that buying a car is usually a painful process, but this time it was not. Howard was friendly and knowledgeable of the product explaining everything to us. Also Rick Russell the Vehicle Delivery Specialist did an excellent job of explaining all the gadgets, he even called for a follow up as did Howard. The paper work at the end was a long process, but on the whole I would rate the dealership very high, and everyone involved with it are very friendly. Also Howard is from Ohio, so Go Bucks!! More
