I have been to this service center many times in the past I’ve never had a problem. However, the service manager misrepresented the work I needed to have done and tried to charge me. In addition, and I was ready to check out she was nowhere to be found. I was trying to get a printout of what she said I needed so I could share with my husband And no one could seem to find it. Also, I told them I forgot and I wanted to get an estimate on a dent I had in my car and the person checking me out. Did not even offer to have someone look at it. More

After all the pictures and evidence of me reaching out multiple times their "sales manager" Tina Klein couldn't accommodate, assist, or even care to look at or ask for the photos and documentation I had. multiple times their "sales manager" Tina Klein couldn't accommodate, assist, or even care to look at or ask for the photos and documentation I had. I appreciate Michael Hoye for dealing with this as best as he could but with a manager like Tina Klein I'm sure he could only do so much other than damage control. If you have to speak to Tina Klein... you may just be better off not because she is incapable of handling a complex situation or de-escalating even after 8 years of experience with dealerships and 31 years of industry experience... maybe burnout is a sign to retire...
