Wonderful Experience It was a pleasure dealing with Howard Kent. I met him in November when I went with a friend who was buying a new Lexus. I explained to Howard that I was waiting for my son tp come to FL to help me make a decision but he took a lot of time with me explaining about leasing and the features on the 2016 ES 350. When I finally realized my son could not get down until March i was ready to make a decision by myself. I called Howard and it was his day off but he called me back right away and asked his manager to get in touch with me. I made an appointment for the next day and drove my new Lexus home after meeting with Steve Kritikos the Financial Services Director who did a great job explaining the lease and the excess Wear Plan and Diane Spencer who explained very patiently all of the new features.
