Dealer originally provided a written quote, and we paid our deposit. When we arrived to pick up the car a week later they indicated the employee that prepared the quote, made a mistake, and no longer empl our deposit. To compound our disappointment with the above, the sales person could not train my husband with the electronics, as the "usual" person that knew the equipment was not there. This is not the service I would expect when buying a car from Lexuas. We are now stuck reading hundreds of pages to understand how the car works. More
